  1. Is it still not working? i bought Watchdogs 2 on steam yesterday and have been unable to activate it on uplay.
  2. Hello, I am trying to setup discord so that i can play in game and other audio through discord. I saw an option in the discord audio for "Stereo mix" on my computer but this option does not appear on my android phone so i will not be able to use that as an external media playing device. Anyone have a walk-through on how i can do this on my computer?
  3. Fx-6100 does not have integrated graphics. It sounds to me like it would have to be overheating but that is unlikely if some of the freezes happen at startup. That said i would monitor CPU temps and try replacing the thermal paste on the CPU.
  4. Yeah turns out it was not on manual. this fixed the issue.
  5. So i am having an issue with recording games via shadow play. When i record videos it seems to split them. Most of the videos are a minute long but they range from less than a second long to 37 minutes long. They also seems to range in size as well going anywhere from 568 megabytes to 9.65 GB. I'm using a 2.0 TB Hitachi deskstar 7200 RPM drive to record the files to. When it splits them it leaves out a small portion of the time in between clips. (probobly under 10 seconds) It seems to only do this on Arma 3 for some reason. Any idea why this is happening and/or how to fix it? Also for reference my system has a gtx 980 Ti, 4790k at 4.8 Ghz, 16 GB RAM at 1600mhz, and a samsung 950 Pro SSD (which is where arma 3 is located)
  6. Also for audio editing you are probobly going to want to get studio headphones. These (unlike most other headphones) don't alter the audio and keep it as close to the original as possible.
  7. Looks good. I would get another 360mm cooler though. the water 3.0 is pretty poor quality especially on the fans. (i should know i own one) the EKWB predator is generally considered to be good. If your really set on having those RGB LEDs you can either get LED strips and wrap them around the radiator / fans or get Fans that match the color scheme you are trying to go for. If you care more about video editing than gaming you could go for a broadwell-E system but the single threaded performance would be significantly less and it would not be as good as the 6700k in games (at least for now)
  8. Ok so it turns out that there was a 60 FPS limit in Rivatuner. I don't even remember setting that up but it's fixed now. Thanks for all the help guys.
  9. It dousen't work in CS go and that's pretty low on the graphics spectrum. i set the resolution in BF4 to 1920-1080 144hz. i am using the steam FPS overlay and the Geforce FPS overlay
  10. It is capped at 60. i tried putting the resolution scale down to 25% and it had no effect
  11. The 144hz option is available in windows but games will not run at 144hz
  12. Yeah, I already ordered a DVI-I cable (that is what the manufacturer recomends)
  13. no display port connection on the monitor. stand by for the photo
