  1. I am realy looking forward to more videos about networking and storage. Specially the 45Drives appilance and.. well just ALL of it ^^ As so it would be insanely cool if that rendering macine could get real!
  2. Have you tried to access the flashdrive on another macine? Preferable a linux one (cant spread a potential virus) or with a liveDVD of Linux? I have had 2 Flashdrives from SunDisk which after a unsave removal (once by a user, other time a powersurge) had a bad flag set in the controller wich renders them read only for ever as the controller thinks the flash is corupting and thus makes it readonly so you do not loos the data.
  3. Hello! First of all I understand the move of finding additonal ways of income! What realy puts me off about vessel is the fact that it's a resource hog. I am on a new! notebook wich isn't that bad on specs though vessel immediately ramps up the processer usage of each and any browser I tried. Even on seemingly static pages, not to mention when the poor rez videos play. Usually i blame it on linux (ubuntu) and the lack of hardware rendering but in chrome the hw-rendering works, and even without youtube's html5 player isnt hoging nearly as much resources as vessel does. Vessel manages to get my poor lill i7 to a cozy 70°C wearas on youtube it stays at an acceptable 50-55°C .. so yet alone for the sake of my expensive pice of HW lifespan i cant use vessel. I realy realy hope they put some work into increasing their videos quality and the efficency of their code. I realy do not need a startpage or overview where everything is moving! tl;tr I am doomed, I watched the next week already on vessel.. omg what am I going to do now the next 7 days
  4. Heya =) Despite that vessels HTML5 player hoogs my poor CPU under Linux its great! user: hkvessel 1st: https://www.vessel.com/videos/LCoY5zfFf(nuts for networking and associated, very much looking forward to more of that kind) 2nd: https://www.vessel.com/videos/Su_Wqd7Vl(just because its insane and gives me chills just thinking of doing it to my labtop)
  5. My humble network: Not showing the wireless stuff, wich is a mess of families phones, chromecasts, tablets and other gimmiks
  6. Wow, great obsec. Participating in something almost all countries by now threaten with long times in prision and than giving a radio interview. And as long as the details given (family/TV station/age /use of language) arn't part of a premade legend its likely more easy for prosecutions to correlate this guys geographical position inside the UK (given the interview was with the BBC, he's brit)
  7. Brobably the worst way of posting first (though have been lurking a little while so far) but still, heck have to callenge my luck with that international giveaway :-) and having eyeballed with a nuc for some time ill enter. ^^
