  1. That's really not it. I posted a picture of what Steam says.
  2. It's normal? I can't install any games from Steam onto it. That's normal? I'll throw this piece of shit out the window then.
  3. I boot from my c but as of yet have everything installed on a different HHD. I tried installing a game on my SSD just now and Steam said it was read only. If I try to change it it just reverts after I hit OK. As the pictures show, I should have full permissions to change such a thing? Why is Windows so bad? pls halp
  4. I know. But it's still notable for people who don't want to assemble their own PCs. Probably nobody that goes to this forum is in that market, but it's a market nonetheless. Here's the math on the "Ultimate" edition. Still holds up. ($20 more expensive but I didn't add the interior lights). http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=25255086

  6. Personally, my phone has been saved by a drop onto a rock due to its screen protector (the one that comes with the Otterbox Commuter). There was a huge dent in the protector so I tore it off to find that my screen was perfect. Some people swear by them, some people swear they're useless. How bout you?
  7. His TV is probably 600hz interpolated but really only 120hz. SO I'm going to get his PC for free. That's what he gets for being cocky but not tech savvy, I guess.
  8. He has some high end Samsung TV that is marketed as 600hz. On Thursday I'll let you guys know what it's like using his dual 780s.
  9. Yeah I was looking at that. I don't think just having one switch will really simulate the typing experience though, I'd like to be able to type a sentence to see how it feels. I think I'll try out the blues and browns, and if I don't like them I'll go with reds.
  10. I called almost every computer store in the Treasure Valley (the only 'densely' populated part of Idaho) and only one guy knew what a mechanical keyboard was. I've been calling around, hoping in vain to find somewhere that I can try out some different key switches. He has some blues and browns so I suppose I'll go in and check those two out, although I was hoping to try reds as well. It's astonishing how little computer repairmen know about their products sometimes.
  11. I had R.A.T. 3 which I was never particularly pleased with. It broke, and when I shipped it to them it never arrived. Long story short, I need a new mouse. I fingertip grip so I'd like something small and lightweight (I hate mice that are heavy.). I was thinking a Corsair M65 or M95, but I have no idea how much these weigh. I'm having trouble finding it anywhere online. Can I have any suggestions for fingertip grip mice?
