From ANY other company this thing would have a chance in me thinking about buying from them but almost the entire first page here either didn't know or forgot that EVE has been notorious for not delivering to PAYING customers.... yeah for a company like this even if you managed to get one delivered support is probably going to be shit

So I'm interested in this due to the current summer weather around me but cant help but think that the battery on that thing is going to generate more heat than the fan can deal with

So I've run into a bit of an issue since swapping out a new motherboard and cpu to A ryzen 2700 paired with a Asus Strix X470 -f gaming board from an intel based system. It worked fine at first I was even Ocing the chip here and there everything was stableish only the occasional reboot where the symptoms occured. Windows would get stuck on the logo at boot and the spinning dots would just freeze . Another restart would get me back to the desktop and I'd be on my way again. No other issues would show up. it was like this for 2 weeks. Yesterday the same symptoms show up I do the same restart I same thing 3rd time I get to windows repair that goes through and I'm at desktop. I try a fix after some more googling but now windows wont get past that screen preparing startup repair gets stuck too and most baffling of all a windows install usb wont get through either. I've even gone out and got a second board (same model). same problems .. Is my cpu dead ?

I really dont understand the chase for ever smaller bezels after a certain point ...I mean I have a v20 and the bottom corners still register the bottom part of my thumb from time to time and I have a silicon case over it ...doesnt this just make the problem worse?

so most of this flies over my head what does this mean for me as an owner ? what kind of precautions do i need to keep on a lookout for as far as third party stuff?

actually nevermind on that for some reason the gpu was being severely underclocked I had wattman reset everything and its now workingjust fine although FF's hardware acceleration likes to mess with the performance logging

so with the game infocus the gpu is practically pinned to the 100% mark, looks like I need to look intoan upgrade

So here's the thing I recently pulled the trigger for a 4k monitor for my web browsing / videos, but when I'm playing a game at full screen (something that is remotely intensive ) the video thats playing on the 4k screen slows down audio remains fine. doesn't matter if it is in a browser (though ff reacts poorly to this) or from something like vlc My setup is a 1080p 144hz and a 4k 60hz system specs: i5 6500k paired to rx 480 8gb would I need to upgrade the gpu ?
