  1. WHELP IM AN IDIOT. thanks for the help guys. Just fixed it. While I was 'cleaning' the thing I must have ticked this tiny switch which was for SLOW MODE. Details here: https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/TechFAQdetail.aspx?formid=3265 Cheers!
  2. Clear CMOS didn't seem to work. Prompted me that it was reset ( and I loaded the defaults again) but it was still at 0.8 GHz. I loaded up my OC profiles and those didn't work either.
  3. Hi, so today I booted up the PC and it didn't boot properly at all. (first time happening in a LONG LONG TIME) I opened up the case and made sure everything is wired up properly ( and did some minor cleaning along the way) and now it booted up, thing is though, it now said my overclock profile failed and would go to 'default' mode. So I said sure and now booting into windows I see now that my CPU speed was at a whopping 0.77 GHz. Rebooted and went to BIOS it showed that indeed my CPU was at a drastically lower speed. Just wanted to verify with you guys what steps I do next, what to do and what NOT to do. Any help is appreciated! Thanks! Attached is the image of my BIOS view. 4. Seems they even uploaded it to the web, in SEARCHABLE form: https://wehaveyourdata.com/ I really don't understand what their motives are doing this, but I'm asking advice as to how to ask their webhost to take this down? Every voting person I know is in here and as a responsible person I want to know how I can help mitigate this? Seeing all my information out there made my stomach hurl.
