Also the 2nd link I already did everything it suggests. The third one on the other hand seems to be half of the problem I am experiencing.... I guess I have to RMA this card...

Well it only fixes it temporarily.

Cleared CMOS by removing the battery. It fixed it???????????????????? Ok that was unexpected. I will come back if it comes back... Why is it the did you try turning it off and back on of motherboard trouble shooting..................

The motherboard does. I couldn't disable it, but the x16 slot is the first boot option.

It does have onboard graphics, but I don't have a vga cable to test it. It's loading with the 560 then it just turns off so it makes no sense. I'll disable the onboard gpu.

Ok, so I turned on my computer after not using it for a few days. It shows the windows flag and the loading circle, but then the gpu turns off, because the fan stops spinning, and the display turns off but the rest of the system is still on. I believe it updated when I turned it off, but that shoulden't matter, because I have done three fresh installs. It keeps doing it though. I get to the page to install the AMD drivers, put in my info click the button to show the download driver page and the CPU keeps running and my hard drive keeps reading, but the gpu just turns off. I've done this twice. I also tried using a flashdrive, but the gpu turned off halfway through. Once it turns off while it's been running, when I boot the gpu turns off after the windows 10 loading screen. I can use the card in the bios. I have used a different card and the problem goes away. The fresh installs are a old version of Windows 10. The system is a FX-6300, RX 560 2GB, 1TB hard drive, Corsair 450M, 16gb Kingston LP memory. It's a new system but I had been using it for a few weeks. The gpu I have been using for a few months though. I turned off fast boot, because I read it was a fix, I have also reset the bios to stock settings. TLDR: GPU turns off completely when the windows 10 desktop should appear. The rest of the system is still running though.

I would wait for a better deal on a power supply. Overall its a good this is my only comment. Also I don't buy 4gb sticks I would go with a single 8gb stick even though it doesn't have dual channel and that makes it slightly slower.

My money is on, windows corrupted its self by doing that disk check...

This is another reason why it can't be. If the CPU isn't at 100% its not the CPU.

are they usb or PS2?

The phones type C cable may only be at usb 2.0 speeds.

EDIT: Oh yeah I meant under clocking or undervolting... because I didn't know if you could do either. Yes it was at the same settings, and the frames are limited but its still stuttering. Therefore It cannot be a CPU bottleneck. EDIT: As long as it was running at or over 60 fps before he changed GPUs.

The motherboards are harder to find but the DDR 3 should make it more affordable. Also if you aren't overclocking then you can get any board and and a non k CPU is much cheaper.

It cant be a bottle neck if at the same settings as the 280x its still stuttering. maybe lock the framerate?

I might try under volting your GPU, because it could be running unstably.
