    I believe it's more based on experience. All my life I played consoles at 30fps, then I got my first computer that had a 60hz monitor and I was blown away. Then I went to my buddies house and he got a new 120hz monitor, the difference was staggering. Now my 60hz monitor which I thought was so smooth, it was like real life, it's now more like a slide show. 30fps now makes me sick if it's on a screen bigger then 7".

    Your best bet is to wait until prices go back down.

    Most of the time it's a windows problem that causes your hard drive to be pinned at 100%. This is a really common problem. I usually just back up my personal data on a external drive then re-install windows from a thumb drive.

    They changed the UI recently in GE. I think it looks like crap and it's confusing. The old UI was much better in my opinion. I don't install GE now because of that.

    Nvidia is anti-consumer and Apple is anti-consumer. If you put the two together, then no one will buy their products.

    I use ifixit for repair guides. I found one for you but it's a difficult repair.

    Well most people don't learn to type the proper way. They just type to just use a computer and they just don't care about typing fast. From the people that I've seen, they type around 30-50wpm.

    Have you tried ATH-M50X by Audio Technica? I switched over from a Razer Kraken Pro and by god the sound is superior.

    They're plenty of tech savy mac users. It's just that they prefer MacOS over Windows or Linux. I have a desktop running windows for games. But I really enjoy my macbook pro for everything not gaming. To me and what I do, my macbook is superior to equivalent laptops that run windows. My opinion is that macOS is a superior operating system for a portable pc.
