  2. I would get a head start on my Inevitable x99 build!
  3. Are you overclocking the FX-6300?
  4. Favorite item: Kuhler 1250 Why:The Unique Dual pumps look amazing, plus its a 240mm All in one with Temperature indicating RGB leds! Whats not to like?!
  5. The center Monitor does not have VESA mounting capability so I had to re-purpose the existing stand mount. New 24" Asus monitor on is on the right. (obviously..lol)
  6. Update: I have swapped out my old hp w2007 with a shiny new Asus VS248h-P. The arm lifts much easier now. I will upload a picture as soon as my camera charges! haha I also ordered chrome sleeving but I have decided to go with black sleeving instead. The rest of the required materials should be here next week. Estimated date of completion is 10/17/2014.
  7. I have plans but I'm not ready to release them at this time. Maybe someday soon though!
  8. I would need funding to dedicate a shop specificly to building them. And that price doesn't include pc, monitors, mouse key board exc... Only the frame, seat, switches, powersupply, and actuators.
  9. Trik'Stari - This one had to be semi-portable. If you fold the outside monitors back and unpin the desk arm. The whole thing fits through an average sized door. My landlord frowns apon hanging giant metal arms from the ceiling! Haha
  10. TheSLSAMG - No worries man. That was a fairly accurate statement! HAHA
  11. ForsakenLive - and very rigid. I can stand on it at 190lbs no problem.
  12. Jodomcfrodo - She is sleeping in one of the pictures ForsakenLive - it is a little slow but 12 seconds to open, 8 to close
  13. Hello everyone! I would like to begin by stating that this is a work in progress and in no way complete. That being said, I feel like it is ready for some much needed peer review. So without further adieu, hear is the build. The heart of the project is my trusty gaming rig containing an FX-8350 and an R9-290 reference with Kraken g10 watercooling bracket. Both are watercooled with 120mm AIO coolers. 8 gigs of Hyper x 1600 ram, Corsair TX750 PSU, and a Sabertooth 990fx r2.0 mobo round out the rest of the specs. The mediocre hardware is only the beginning though. Over the last two weeks I have been building a custom workstation in my spare time. The project began with a dream I had about 3 weeks ago, then about a week of research went into the design. Based loosely on the Emperor 200/submodels, It features overhanging monitor mounts lifted by an electric actuator, actuator controlled desk area, and a remote pc power button. I still have lots of cable management to take care of as well as some sleeving. Let me know if you have any questions, comments, concerns, or sugguestions! Thank you, Torq47 P.s. Please excuse the mess.
  14. I replaced the 6350 with an 8350. Problem solved. Now I have a shiny FX-6350 paper wieght.
  15. Tried that and tried it again with a known good power supply. no dice... but thank you for the suggestion.
  16. I recently had a Mobo blow a MOSFET. I replaced it with an Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0. After assembly on the test bench, I have a solid red cpu led. *System specs: *FX 6350 *Cooler Master Seidon 120v Cooler *Asus Sabertooth 990fx R2.0 *8gb (2x4) Kingston Hyper-x Blu red series 1600 Ram *R9-290 *Corsair Tx750m Powersupply *Things I have tried already to no avail: *Clear CMOS *Replace Cmos battery *Quadruple check and reseat 24 pin power connector and 8 pin cpu power connector *Reseat CPU multiple times *Check CPU for bent or damaged pins with magnifying glass *Replace Liquid cooler with Stock Heatsink and fan *Flash BIOS 1604 to Mobo *Tried with 2 sticks, 1 stick, and no sticks of ram *Tried a different known good power supply *All of the above again with know good power supply I used thermal paste and isopropyl alcohol respectively each time I reseated the CPU and cooler/heatsink. The CPU fan/pump spins up but the CPU-LED stays solid red. If you have any ideas or suggestions while I wait on the new CPU to come in I would be glad to give them a shot. Thanks for your help, Torq47
