  1. Welcome! I think its really cool that your thinking of taking your hobby a step further
  2. Used an old tube of Dynex thermal compound that had been open for the past year... Came out all crusty but I thought it was normal so I used it, and a lot of it (I had watched one vid)- I asked my dad about it, who laughed. It took me half a fucking hour to completely clean off the compacted, hardened compound from the cpu
  3. Welcome to the forums! Dip the whole board in wall-paint.
  4. "Offended" can be very subjective. If you identify with the people being killed by ISIS, then yeah you'll probably find it terrible what they're doing. Not to say that I don't, but if ISIS is seeking out those who are close to you, or in your community/religion, then you would definitely feel it on a more personal level. Even though I have family in Jordan and Syria, I don't find the videos offensive, although I can bet it does offend my family near the affected areas. By playing a game, and having fun being a terrorist (doing beheadings and stuff), yes you will attract some unwanted attention, and I honestly think you deserve getting banned. I don't define having fun as role playing a terrorist and killing innocent people, but to each their own. This issue actually something I'd like to discuss with them next time I get the chance- thanks. I voted no.

  10. I guess "end of the month" means "pushing into August" lol
  11. Thank you! I feel so much better now!
  12. Fight me right here, right now
  13. Well, by the looks of it you already have an h110i for the CPU. So to answer your Q, yes a 280mm will be fine for dual cards and the other 280mm (h110i) will be great for the processor.
  14. Now I pay a $170 deductible and wait 2 weeks. Sick. I could always use my dusty flip phone doe
  15. I think he's saying that the used water goes into the 140mm rad and the cold goes back into the reservoir (take another look at the diagram). That being said, I think a 280mm rad will do for a dual card setup, but if you want colder temps then another 140mm will also work, but I personally wouldn't do so.
  16. I've seen that video, yes. But flexible tubing is far easier to use and is a good introductory material. Flexible tubing still looks nice, but I agree PETG does look sexy. I still suggest flexible for a first time build just for ease of use. EDIT: I still think soft tubing looks the best (thats my opinion)
  17. Will the needed programs be able to function on Vista?
  18. I had trouble verifying a credit card, and they helped a little but this is a different subject. They do help for some things, but might not for the VAC ban appeals and scam reports that they get all day long.
