  1. Sorry for the late reply, ah well, thanks for trying, what Virtual Machine would you recommend?
  2. I recently acquired Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone game to play for old times' sake. When installing, everything looked fine. Then, when I attempt to boot up the game, in compatibility mode or not (Windows XP), the game refuses to load up. I was wondering if there was a workaround for Windows 8.1 and onwards. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Thanks
  3. Was finally able to get into Windows via Safe Mode and restored to a previous point from today, all good now. Was only available to me through the first card Strange. Anyway, thanks for your help
  4. I run only 1 display at the moment. Yeah, I want to confront them about the issue, have to admit, their customer service is a bit lacking, let's say they promise things that they don't go through with.
  5. I had it commissioned from Scan.co.uk, and have has it since around Christmas. The "no signal" error has been constant, and it seems to sort itself out, but this time, it's far more stubborn.
  6. Thanks, will try those. Do you think the cable could be faulty in the case of the second gpu? This has happened repeatedly and I'm not sure what component is at fault.
  7. Hi, I am unable to boot into Windows for a variety of reasons and was wondering if anyone could resolve these. I'm running two 980s and a frustrating VG248QE monitor. If I try boot off of my first GPU, I get a signal (on displayport) and am able to run through bios and get to the point where it seems to be loading the operating system (with the Windows logo) but then I get a blank black screen. If I run off of my second GPU, I don't get signal from the PC to the monitor. Which means I am not able to go into BIOS or anything. Keep in mind I always usually run off the second GPU and it is not giving a signal, even if I power loop the monitor. Any ideas? Thanks

  9. I am receiving a "No signal" message when I turn on my PC, it won't allow me to display HDMI or VGA either. I am running dual gtx 980s but obviously having a cable off one. My PC was working fine previously before I attached my Raspberry Pi. If anyone could help, I'd be grateful. Thanks
  10. Thanks for the tips, will check for a BIOS update now and will try re-arranging the GFX cards. Thank you again.
