ive tried the newest version of nvflash same problem, v5.206.0.1. i believe the fans simply cant go to 0% hardware limitation.

ok i believe with the Evga 970 ACX 1.0 fan motor doesnt support 0% fan mode.

What do you guys think of this? Update: this is a small update as people are mentioning it could be another listing of OEM or Mobile GPU Here a table of all Nvidia GPU Hardware listed on there site (http://www.geforce.com/hardware) as you can see there are NO GEFORCE 800 Cards listed here except 800M Mobile GPUs
