  1. Then i could use both my current subwoofer and the 906 subwoofer. Also i could have more speakers but im not sure if they would be collectively louder than using a single system where the audio would not be split. Or maybe they would be equal... I think i might need to start a new post on this
  2. Im sorry if this is a dumb question but if i were to get the Z-906 and keep my current setup couldn't I ,in theory, simply have a audio splitter cable so i could plug in both the z-906 and my current setup? My current setup simply plugs in to the green audio port on my pc and im assuming the Z-906 does as well so if i split that port i can use both set ups at the same time?
  3. I looked into the Z-906 and it looks great but my only concern is that the cables are apparently only 6ft long. I want the speakers to be placed around my room and for that i need at least 20ft for two of the speakers. Any idea how easy it is to put in new speaker wire for the Z-906?
  4. well crap i guess i have to get a new system... any recommendations? Thanks for the help btw
  5. Any reason in particular? I figured it would be as simple as plugging in the speakers to the new sub woofer
  6. That sounds like a good idea but i feel like my current setup is wasted if i get the z-906. That said if i truly cant upgrade what i have i will look into getting this. How do you like the bass on the z-906? Right now my bass is a bit under powered and i would like to have more bass than i will need.
  7. Hey guys i don't know that much about sound systems but i want a new sub woofer that is very powerful, can support the 4 speakers i already have, and has a remote to control the volume like i have currently(pictures of 4 speakers i have, sub woofer, and remote below). I tried googling but all the subs i find don't have a remote, need some weird wiring done with the speakers(my speakers have a jack on them not exposed wires), or dont have the holes for 4 speakers. If the sub you find can support more than 4 speakers thats ok. My budget is $200-$300. if you want more info or pictures please don't hesitate to ask.
  8. I did a clean install I am considering doing a system refresh since it appears to be a problem with windows
  9. Hey guys this is one of my first times writing on a forum so please forgive me if i do something wrong. Anyway for about a year now i have had this problem where when i boot up my computer and sign in to windows my computer always crashes then upon the reboot it is fine and the desktop loads normally(crash only occurs after i sign in to my desktop). I Installed a SSD a while back and i have not really got to experience the faster boots since the initial boot always crashes. I recently got this software called Whocrashed but the reports don't really help me but it may help one of you to solve this. i also attached the event from event viewer. Any help is greatly appreciated. Specs not included on attached file: 2 GTX 970's G1 gaming edition, EVGA supernova 850 G2, 2tb HDD, 240gb Kingston SSD

  11. How would I set it up properly? All I have is some Realtek nonsense running on windows 8.1
  12. Hello this is my first time ever posting on a forum so please don't murder me. Anyway I got the Tiamat 7.1 from Razer for 50% off from razers CES appreciation sale. After hooking it up it sounds like garbage on 7.1 mode (no bass) but it sounds better on 5.1 mode(7.1 mode turned off). After poking around on the Internet people say that they are trash or they are legendary... I found out that some people say that it sounds a lot better with a sound card (Asus Xonar DX)because you have to configure it. Now here's my dilemma: should I buy a sound card in hopes it makes it sound better or should I return them? I love the build quality of them but the audio is terrible right now. Any help is greatly appreciated. Mobo:(I'm currently using on board audio) Asus Maximus vii hero
