I have a Surface Pro 4 and a 2013 retina MacBook. I'm not really sure which I prefer. I really like OS X but the old hardware isn't strong enough to drive my monitor at 60hz. I don't like Windows 10 because I've experienced so many bugs. But I love the Surface Pro 4 when Windows 10 isn't getting in the way. 
 
I don't want the new macbook pro because the battery is 25whr smaller. 

I have a 27" 4K IPS monitor. I'd recommend it for people who look at a good deal of text. 
But for games it's not worth it. Even my GTX 1080 is not enough for many games. 
In total, unless you have a lot of spare money, I'd advise against it.

but I can't seem to find it.

Personally I think the i3 6300 is a mistake, especially if you're considering a GTX 1080!
Get a i5 6600K and a GTX 1070. Lower cost in total, better worse case performance (i.e. when CPU bound)

I've the same keyboard (but with white case). I like it a lot. But there's one problem: the shift, backspace and similar keys are more wobbly than my other mechanical keyboards. 

Reading the basis of the ruling I think Ireland is right to appeal.
The commission alleged they favored Apple and while in practice this may have been the case other companies were able to set up the same arrangement had they tried.
 
In the end the tax money will still have to be collected, perhaps by the member states of the EU, but I think Ireland may win their appeal.

Well, it is possible, but unlikely.
1. AMD optimize shaders for popular games. (The driver calculates the shader's checksum, if it is one they know, then they load the specialized version instead). No surprise, Nvidia does this too.
2. Usually, AMD contacts the developers for the shaders' source code, if they are shipped in compiled form, in order to make their optimization process possible. The developers see no loss: AMD will improve your games performance on their hardware for free in their upcoming driver, what luck!
3. In this case, Nvidia wrote the shaders. AMD may contact the developer, but they cannot distribute the source of some shaders to AMD due to Nvidia's licensing.
4. Now AMD has to optimize the shader program from the compiled form, which looks something like this:
