Grab a Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft's website and put it inside a VirtualBox machine, just press Skip when it tells you to enter the product key, and download Office365 in your Windows 10 virtual machine, then put the installation file a VirtualBox shared folder (if you don't know how to do that, google it) so that you then can access the file in Ubuntu.

qBittorrent or Deluge, those are the best imo, both free and open source, no ads, and supports Windows, Mac and Linux.

Deluge is my favorite btclient on all platforms. Why not use Deluge on Windows also? uTorrent is the worst with all those ads and stuff.
