whats your opinion of the two laptops I mentioned in the first comment? would the Acer Aspire 1 be good enough to handle web browsing and photo editing?

Pohernori - I would like to play skyrim with mods to the extent that its very realistic, Manny - where should I look to learn how to disable ALU's and what does disabling them do to help? Manny - Should I be worried that my current CPU will bottleneck the graphics cards you have mentioned? Should I expect to see frame rates for 1440p gameplay around 60 FPS or lower? I intend to upgrade my cpu to a i7 4790K further down the road.

I've only had my current computer for about 4 months and I had planned on buying a strix 980graphics card, when I had the money. I was just recently told that my CPU would bottleneck the graphics card, so without having to change my CPU and Mobo can I get a graphics card for gaming (that is better than my current 650 Ti) for a 1440p monitor that wont be bottle necked by a AMD 8320 CPU. Well I've only had this computer for about 4-5 months so I'd like to spend less than $500-$600 I only intend to upgrade my CPU + Mobo so that the 980 wont bottleneck and for better power efficiency

However it would seem that my AMD FX-8320 CPU and Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard will be bottlenecks for this graphics card. So I figured I should upgrade my CPU to a i7 4790K and a motherboard I've yet to choose. All help appreciated.
