The auto-ignition point of paper is over 400 degrees, no fuser gets near that hot. Even if something malfunctioned and it kept heating up, there are thermal fuses that will blow, after that the lamp isn't even capable of getting that hot. Also there is no form of cooling at all on laser fusers, if they had something cooling them it would just use more energy to heat it back up making it inefficient.
If you honestly saw a laser printer on fire, then someone set it on fire...
With how cheap laser printers have become, there really is no excuse to use an ink printer anymore.

Netflix OFFERED - FOR FREE (let that sink in for a moment) to provide all of those ISP's with caching systems on-site, inside the ISP network. They refused. They pressured Netflix into agreeing to pay for these so-called "fast-lanes". They should relabel them to what they actually are: "same speed as before but now we charge you a bunch-lanes".
The FCC is full of shit here. If they had been doing their job, Netflix would never have needed to resort to this "fast-lane" crap.
