OK cool, thank you guys for your input. I know the 2700X is starting to show it's age with gaming, but being under the big cooler it gets to clock itself up a good amount.
 
I think I'm going to look for a 3900X around me so I can some IPC increase and a couple of extra cores/threads which would make the upgrade even more worth it.
 
Then just wait a couple of years for future Ryzen/RTX cards and then do a whole new system upgrade.

Also yes. The price of the 5800X makes it a strange middle. The 5600X and the 5900X are both better choices. 5600X for pure gaming, 5900X for mixed gaming/productivity.
B450 supports Zen 3 with a BIOS update. So you can hold off on this if you want.

It's a club that's in its infancy so they aren't going to be perfect every single time. Look at the WAN show, they're getting better at it but it isn't perfect either. They made a mistake so what's the big deal? 
 
If you don't think it's worth your $2.99 then don't pay for it anymore. Many people see it as a small way of helping out LMG and the early videos are just an extra perk. 

I think Google is one of the only companies you can trust, I'd rather have all my stuff with them instead of a ton of different companies. Not much of a choice, but meh

You're demanding a free cable from them, and all they ask for is verification of your PSU by just registering it. 
 
If it's easier for you to buy a cable with your "wages" that you would lose by removing the PSU you wouldn't be asking for free stuff. You would just buy a new one a get it shipped express. 
 
EVGA has some of the best customer service, if they didn't help it's because you REALLY didn't deserve it.

Since the 1800X is the flagship with the highest clocks.

  if you are talking about good calm channels i would say ltt, paul hardware, nexus( i love truthful in-depth reviews he goes the extra mile), df foundery. 

Get the build with the 1060, it's a lot better than the 1050Ti. 
And get the CPU cooler that you want, even if it's just for aesthetics. If those didn't matter everyone would have cardboard boxes.

I think they were also worried that the skin messes up the Switch's finish, which means that the skin begins to peel off. Paint falls off, skin falls off so they didn't want to look bad either.
