If you read that NOTAM, it says they will post actual NOTAMs at least 24 hours before any GPS jamming. If you look up NOTAMS for ZAB (Albuquerque ARTCC) and filter for just GPS, you can see more detail. The first one is daily from 0700-1030 from 2/13-2/17, not blacking out all of those days, if you look at the details, but it's not just a month of constant jamming.

The following commands should do it so long as you run PowerShell as administrator:
PS > Install-Module -Name SpeculationControl PS > Get-SpeculationControlSettings Depending on your settings, you may have to run this first:
    PS > Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned Before KB4056892:

    After KB4056892:

Zzyzx got a reaction from VicBar in This Hyperloop Pod has REAL HOVER ENGINES
Linus thinks it wasn't well-received because some people complained about the overall Hyperloop concept being difficult/infeasible. Honestly, I didn't see that many comments about it, and it's nice to see people discussing it, but it is what it is.

You'll probably find better performance on your i5. Especially since X5355s is basically 5 generations older. The interlink between two processors also causes some slowdowns.

I'd just get back up to 8GB of RAM minimum in your i5 machine. That's pretty much the baseline you're going to want for gaming + streaming/recording.
