    I would say that the 220w PSU is not going ot be enough. Even if it is, it will JUST BARELY be enough. I would sugest atleast a 400w for that system if not more for upgrades.

    I would never advise that you skirt along the minimum wattage. Go for ~100 watts more than you need.
