I think afterburner has a cpu temp function also, you just need to scroll down.

Well that's only the dumbest thing I've ever heard considering that IGPU can support up to 3. I hate OEMs.
 
I checked for new drivers for the graphics adapter through device manager and it said they are up to date, figured that's accurate.

I have now started using Tanks and iFVs and i love it on the big maps. Golmud Railway is my fav map for playing in a tank. Today i played Golmud in the Tank for the first time and got a 21-3 score and 22000 conquest points. I was a gunner and repaired the vehicle and took out infantry easily as i used the Thermal Optics. IMO even though it may not be the best for precision shooting it is the best optic for detecting infantry which the gunner is used for

No problem. I figured out how to use Dell's program to edit the BIOS and put in that setting, so I tried, and it gave me an error. So I'll give up for now and come back to it.

You don't need to, but with an aftermarket cooler, you will have lower temps and noise

Your PSU has a 12v rail and your motherboard steps that down to 1-1.5. Your power supply does about 10x the voltages you need.

That was a good video, however Im really curious on performance gain while gaming AND streaming, as streaming is very cpu intensive and some games I try to stream I lose 30fps (hopefullly overwatch will be optimized heavily so i wont have issues) I cant find any performance comparisons for games while being streamed.

I'd go 970, but is a 390 possible? Look at my sig for a simple explanation to see which card would be better.

If it's a really old Windows 7 version this is normal. 
 
At my last job, before we had preset images, I had to do a clean install of windows 7 on each system that needed to be set up for a new employee.
 
I worked 12 hour shifts and sometimes didn't finish all the updates.  They come in waves, because some updates must be installed for other updates to work.
 
So if your windows version is way out of date from a fresh install it could take that long.

keep the i5 because with skylake you'd need a new motherboard and new ram aswell.
