  1. Sorry, didn't address the Internal USB Header thing: The USB Stick I'd be using would connect to that connector so it doesn't hang outside and break. The SSD is for caching and I'll add ECC to it as well Thanks for the USB Stick recommendation as well, anything else you think would be important? Should I add a cheapish GPU to it? What about CPU Choice? Thanks a lot Edit: Here's the new part list, what do you think? 3. I really like the Gaming 7 you have there - good decision! However I'd get a different case - the Phanteks Enthoo Evolve Tempered Glass looks better imo. Happy Building!
  4. Everything seems ok, but you don't have a Motherboard there! Also, what are you going to be using your PC for, because those parts could be quite overkill
  5. Heyy! So as the title says I am looking to build myself a NAS that should be able to do the following things: Automatic Backup of Photos & Videos Snapshot my main PC and multiple Macs Filesharing accessibe through the NAS (Preferably also on mobile through App?) Movie encoding and streaming to at least 2 devices Remote and local, secured access Hosting Teamspeak server Hosting other servers in the future (Games such as minecraft?) I'm looking into using FreeNAS to achieve this, and I came up with this build: PCPartPicker part list: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/tzyQVY Price breakdown by merchant: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/tzyQVY/by_merchant/ CPU: Intel Core i3-6320 3.9GHz Dual-Core Processor (€159.74 @ Amazon Deutschland) CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L9i 57.5 CFM CPU Cooler (€39.71 @ Aquatuning) Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X150M-PRO ECC Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (€113.84 @ Mindfactory) Memory: Kingston ValueRAM 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (€49.14 @ Mindfactory) Memory: Kingston ValueRAM 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory (€49.14 @ Mindfactory) Storage: PNY CS1311 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (€69.84 @ Amazon Deutschland) Storage: Western Digital Red 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive (€115.28 @ Mindfactory) Storage: Western Digital Red 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive (€115.28 @ Mindfactory) Storage: Western Digital Red 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive (€115.28 @ Mindfactory) Storage: Western Digital Red 3TB 3.5" 5400RPM Internal Hard Drive (€115.28 @ Mindfactory) Case: Fractal Design Define Mini MicroATX Mini Tower Case (€88.89 @ Amazon Deutschland) Power Supply: SeaSonic 450W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (€81.50 @ Amazon Deutschland) Case Fan: Corsair Air Series SP120 High Performance Edition (2-Pack) 62.7 CFM 120mm Fans (€29.90 @ Caseking) Other: Internal USB 3.0 to USB 3.0 Header (€15.00) Total: €1157.82 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2016-06-29 14:52 CEST+0200 What do you, more knowledgable guys think?
