Sorry I misread earlier, I thought you said R5 5600x instead of 3600x... 😛 While I agree that the 3600x is cheaper, the gap in performance is quite significant. I currently have the money to upgrade so i'll take latest gen but thanks 

It depends. You may or may not be able to get 2400mhz, but it will still work. You may only get 2133mhz, but you may also be able to go a bit over 2400mhz.

As long as it has an XMP rating, I believe that means it's verified to run on everything that supports the XMP profile.

you'll be fine, I've tried 2800mhz ram before and it worked fine.

You would probably gain couple of degrees, The CM 212 evo uses a transparent version of the Blademaster PWM fan.

It would not hurt to try, I dont really see any other option.

Open the side panel and see if the temps become better, If it becomes Much better you should look over the fan configuration for the case.

That's fine. No need to worry. if the temp is over 80, then you'll need to worry. 62 isn't anything to worry about.

Depends on how fast you can raise some funds for new hardware. If you can save 300€ in a couple of months I think it´s save to say a R9 280 would be a nice investment. If it takes you a year to gather up 300€ then don´t buy anything, knowing up front you might regret that because this will significantly lower your overall funds.

3 months I think, prices fell crazy fast when the 970 came out. Like 200 bones fast in a month or so

The upcomming R9 390(X) will not be in a 200 € budget. So I´d go and buy now the R9 280.
