Thanks alot for your help, I was able to do the registry hack on other Desktops to skip domain join.

Now all I have left is a laptop telling me that the server is offline.

But overall it now mostly works.

Yeah I hit the same thing which messed up my server a bit. Tried removing all changes after and it was left in a bad state. Finally got it working after a day of intense google.

From my googles tho, I believe the server will still be in a domain but the backup clients wont have to join the domain with a registry hack. https://tinkertry.com/how-to-make-windows-server-2012-r2-essentials-client-connector-install-behave-just-like-windows-home-server

The Canadian government has been monitoring file downloads from its citizens, according to a new Snowden-sourced The Intercept report. According to the report, the Canadian Security Establishment has a system called LEVITATION that looks through 15 million file transfers per day. Only 350 files per month are flagged by the system.

Most of the traffic is for regular file-sharing of illegal copies of shows or movies, but occasionally, Canada finds something that looks interesting. Of course, to find those few potentially interesting transfers, many thousands of other people are spied upon.

Regular oversight for LEVITATION isn't provided by the court system, meaning the system can collect massive amounts of data without a stricter government body to control it. Canada has not said much about the system but it stands by the activities of the Canadian Security Establishment.

    On a daily basis?
Smartphones still get bought by personal preference. Some people actually like the BB user experience. My dad left a Galaxy S5 for BB once again. So sue him and others for liking BB.
You have a pathetic attitude. We should celebrate that this phone is giving them unexpected success and that there is still reasonable levels of variety in the smartphone space. And you want them to die off?
What an exceptionally narrow minded and petty viewpoint.

I'm typing this on my Blackberry Passport and I love it, the best phone I have used till this day, in my personal opinion better than all of my previous phones ( HTC one m8, galaxy s4, )!
Especially the OS is one of a kind, maybe not the best for pure entertainment, but really amazing for "smartphone purposes", Blackberry HUB kicks ass and the phone is so fast!
Hope this phone does well in the future as well, and brings in some revenue for BlackBerry!

And there are Japanese males working as maids at bars. Asians can look pretty androgynous. What she looks like or her gender has nothing to do with if she can lead the company to greater success or not. I wonder how many members of LTT knew Intel's president was also female.

im talking CPU performance. if the boards were shit, thats a different question... i still know a ton of people running phenom2s OCd no problem. youre just picking on the bad things of AMDs and not looking at what intel did crappy then (granted i cant remember atm, since its too late, but i know they had their fair share of problems). when threads like these arise, you are such an intel fanboy...

So you can see 1.5-2 years into the future? Come on I usually don't mind the AMD bashing and even join in myself since they're far too behind in the game as of now however you literally have no fucking clue of what kind of processor this would be since it's likely a new socket and new everything, do I need to remind you that AMD had the performance crown in the past and the roles were reversed?
I'm ok with judging AMD on the here and now and yes: Even though their pricing makes em competitive right now they can't sustain that for years so they will hurt even more but saying that you can't see them matching intel single core performance it's just fucking absurd.

Besides, even if that was the case one would hope that single core performance wouldn't be as important in 2 years from now, otherwise games and apps will basically be mostly fucking worthless all of them need to fully utilize multiple threads by then, to give you an example Star Citizen should be just about ready to launch by that time and yes that one will need multiple cores not just an i3 like current games.

Shadohd reacted to ionbasa in TrueCrypt has been compromised...
Also, another sign that TrueCrypt may have been compromised:
One of the security analysts, Kenn White, involved with the truecrypt audit tweeted that the timestamp of the compiled binary for Windows is showing UTC-7 hrs, or better known as PDT (USA -West Coast).
It was believed that one of the developers may have been located in Poland, explaining why all of the binaries were built and timestamped with UTC+1 or UTC+2 previously.

If the timestamp is to be believed, it means that the latest version of TrueCrypt may have been compiled by someone other than the true developers, more specifically someone located in the west coast of the United States, rather than in Europe.

As of now my personal advice to everyone is to not touch the latest 7.2 binary. Given that TrueCrypt's signing key may have been compromised, there may be malware hidden in the latest release.

Well, an update was released with TrueCrypt's signed key. The new "Update" disallows encrypting disks, only decrypting disks. The new binaries also have popup messages informing the user that "Truecrypt is no longer secure".

This all seems out of place.

    My two hypotheses are:
A rogue developer(s) planned this out to deface TrueCrypt A govt entity has a gag order from some court, and this is TrueCrypts Warrant Canary warning: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warrant_canary Also of note is the twitter account of Matthew Green, who was auditing TrueCrypt:
    https://twitter.com/matthew_d_green

He has a few posts which seem to imply a message:

Infer what you want, but it does seem as if TrueCrypt has been compromised at some level.
