You get the choice of either slow bureaucratic underfunded mess or 80 hour work weeks

TheSephirothh got a reaction from ivan134 in Battlefield 1 Beta low fps in menu
So I haven't read this from anyone here, but 50% is actually not the correct one either. It's 42% for your normal resolution, because Dice logic.

Wow DICE is going full retard. Thanks for this info. I'll change it when I get home. I was already getting 90 fps on high with 50%. Nice to know it can be better. Maybe I can bump some things to ultra.

Wow that helps even more :O, ill test my performance, cus everything low on 40-55 fps seems weird, since i can run BF4 on ultra , low AA AO, off/on, 70+fps-100fps

Not a problem it took quite a bit of tinkering for me as well. I ended up taking mine to 40% (2%) below minimum to get playable framerate. It just bounces between 30-75 fps oddly enough...

A new GPU, A Gtx 1060 6gb is all that I need to complete my build. It just takes a while to save up

TheSephirothh reacted to Ophidio in Does anyone need a new Power Supply? (EVGA Coupon)
So yesterday I received a coupon for 20% off any EVGA power supply from their website and I currently don't need a power supply and probably won' before the coupon expires. So if there are any new builders or anyone that just needs a power supply right now that would like this coupon please reply to this thread. The first person to reply saying they want the code will get the code. Please keep in mind that this code does expire on 9/5/2016 so if you don't plan on using by then please do not request to get the code. I would like this to go to someone who actually needs it not someone who just wants a free 20% off coupon to have a coupon.
This coupon can only be used in the United States
Thank you, Phid

TheSephirothh reacted to MoonlightSylv in The Extrion EV1 - My brother's PC build
I was planning to do so anyway so I will most cases come with 2.5" to 3.5" (laptop to desktop) mounts though, the Ranger-M doesn't though (which is why modding exists!) I'm honestly debating on using double-sided tape

It's going to be sitting on a flat surface and he won't be moving it around while it's operating so it should be okay, I hope

Just to help look for you, what's the wattage on the PSU and if you are wanting to upgrade we need to know what is in it currently. Post some specs please.

TheSephirothh reacted to InitializingDev in PC Restarts when performing heavy tasks
Is there any overclocks? If so have you supplied enough power to the overclock in the BIOS or whatever overlocking method you use? You said the memory is unmarked memory. Many system errors like these come from faulty ram. Especially random unmarked. Make sure its all the same brand if possible for maximum reliability -

Doing some research on your motherboard, it probably is your motherboard, just look at some of the reviews on newegg.

Drivers maybe (probably not the problem though)
Check that you are using an 8 pin for the cpu, not a 4 pin, the cpu might not be getting enough power
That's I can think of.
