    The instructions for windows.
Download PuTTy Run PuTTy In Host Name/Ip Address type the IP of the Pi you wish to connect to.
Click Open A terminal should open asking for a username type "root" or "admin" For the password type the password you set in the web ui. If all goes well you should be greeted with a terminal in which you can type commands. For Linux/OS X open a Terminal and type. ssh root@[Pi Address]

Once you connected you can type the command
fdisk -l you should then see the Pi's SD card and in theory, your hard drive if you can't see it'll you want to type
dmesg | less and look for any output relating to a USB drive not have enough power.

Is the drive recieving enough power?

Can you use an ssh client such as putty to connect to the Pi and run
    fdisk -l

If you need a written guide on how to do this I can do that.

This would work fine, and can't think of a better solution other than hosting the Hub on a computer with a dedicated hard drive.

It doesn't support OneDrive sorry. You could compile this onedrive app on to the Pi and then sync the folder but that seems like a lot of hassle when google drive would be a lot easier.

Yep, instructions are here for that assuming you already know how to set up a virtual machine https://github.com/ccrisan/motioneye/wiki/Installation
Motioneye only supports linux. You would need to install Linux on the machine or run it inside a virtual machine. Since you seem to be using it as just a media server maybe linux would actually be ideal? If you need support setting up Linux just give me a shout.

Also since you are so low under budget. Just keep the money. The only real thing I'd say to upgrade is get an i7-4790k if you wanna do streaming and or youtube. You can get all new peripheals, maybe a new desk like the IKEA GALANT series or a new chair. You could get a brand new 27inch momitor if you feel like it Ect ect.. You wanna feel good while, playing games don't you? Plus with being so low under budget you can find a nice monitor if you don't already have one or nice keyboards like I said to match the theme. LEDS, posters stuff to spice of your setup the money doesn't always have to be put towards the computer itself.

Linus has a video on the TechQuickie youtube about clock speeds for ram. It will NOT make a difference you can see. From the TechQuickie video 1866mhz and 1600mhznis your best bang for the buck with the highest quality for games. Actually that high of a clock speed you chose as you can see from the video will lower your gaming performance. Also don't go purely off reviews. Yes so,e are good and you should listen. The PURE ROCK is a great cooler. Linus has used it before and enjoyed it, he may have a review of it I do not know.

If you don't need any special features aside from oc'ing, just about any z97 board should do.
You need to quote a post or tag a member or else they won't get a notification you replied to.

ZOTAC sent us their two beastly editions of the GTX 970. These cards look pretty darn cool in our opinion, but do they overclock as well as their flashy design would suggest?
