I have had this issue in the past and the culprit was a faulty ram stick. Im not saying this is true for you but you may want to switch around your ram methodically and trying one stick at a time and then test. I hope your problem gets solved.

Good Choice Sir and I wish you a Happy new year stuffed with lots of PC enjoyment. The black version looks brilliant. On my last ATX build I chose a Carbide 500R over the Graphite and cursed myself for ages. I decided to move away from the ATX builds and now currently have a Matx pc which was a pain in the balls to assemble as i have big ass hands. I am considering getting a Graphite for my next build.

If your getting max 60fps in all games then you probably are using Vsync.
