  1. Where would I find it? I've tried googling but all I can find are product pages?
  2. Yeah fans are running, and both power LEDs are lit up
  3. I just bought a GTX 770 to replace my 650ti but it isn't outputting any signal. I uninstalled the 650ti drivers before replacing it but when I plug it in the monitor just says no signal detected. I've tried - Resetting the BIOS - Disabling onboard graphics and setting it to use PCI in the BIOS - Unplugging everything and plugging it back in again - Using integrated graphics to attempt to install the drivers - simply said no vga card installed - Tried VGA, HDMI and DVI cables - all with the same result My PSU is well within the required wattage and is an 80 plus gold, also both power LEDs light up properly on the card I've tried plugging in the old card and it outputs fine although as if it didn't have any drivers which it doesn't. 4. Hi all, I'm in serious need of a new PSU, as I've been running on what was supposed to be a temporary one for almost a year now. I've been looking around and at this moment in time I've got my eye set on the Corsair CX600M, but I just wanted to make sure I was getting the best I could in my price range (under £70 / $115US / $130CA). Thanks in advance
  5. Hi all, I've recently been considering getting an SSD for my system, and I had a few questions in mind as to how to go about it. I currently have a single 1TB Seagate Barracuda HDD, which has around 500GB of software installed, on top of my OS (I like to have as many of my games installed as possible at all times for easy access). I was wondering - as I know it's possible with Intel SSDs to copy the OS from the existing boot drive onto the SSD - if it'd be possible to just copy over my OS solely, and keep all games and software on my 1TB drive. (There would only be a few software packages I'd install on the boot drive, Office, Chrome etc. so I'm not bothered about selecting programs to copy specifically). Cut short, is it possible to copy just the OS onto the SSD from the current boot drive, whilst leaving all current software on the HDD? I don't want to have to completely reinstall windows if I don't have to. Thanks in advance :) EDIT: Apologies for any mistakes in there, it's 3 in the morning xD
  6. It mentions on the spec of the motherboard that it supports Sandy Bridge processors, but not Ivy, which is what your CPU is. Don't quote me on that, as I don't want to say I'm 100% sure, but I'm pretty certain it isn't compatible. Try looking for a board that mentions supporting 3rd Gen/Ivy Bridge processors.
  7. Hey, I have an Athlon II X3 440 CPU which I could really do with ditching and upgrading. My question is that if I get a motherboard compatible with the FX-8350, will it be compatible with my current Athlon II until I can afford the FX? Post on behalf of a friend.
  8. Can't thank you enough for your help, I've swapped for a 3rd Gen board now, unfortunately I don't have the budget to go with a more expensive board or other components however after discussing what he'll be using it for I've gone for a GTX 650TI as he's into games but he's not a massive gamer, so won't be too bothered about being able to max out every game. Also, he's using a fairly low res monitor at the moment so the extra power isn't really required. Again, thanks so much for your help. I completely missed the fact that the board only supported 2nd Gens, you're a life saver :D
  9. Hey, Wasn't too sure, but this seemed like the best place to post this in. I've built my own PC before and it's been working great since then, I've recently been asked to build someone a fairly cheap gaming PC, and wanted some more experienced advice before ordering the parts. Spec: Thanks in advance James
