So i run 2 gtx 780s in sli. I have 1 evga 780 sc and 1 pny 780. So i checked the power cables both set of cables work on the pny not the evga. I checked both pcie slots both work on the pny not the evga. I checked the thermal paste on the evga it is good. I checked the drivers are not issue. The fans on the evga still work so its getting power. I am running the latest windows 10 idk what else to do any suggestions or is it a brick

I did check the cables both cables dont work in the evga and do work on the pny the drivers are good latest nvidia for win 10

So i run 2 gtx 780s in sli. 1 evga and 1 pny. I have hade the evga for about 1 year and the pny for 6 months. This morning it worked fine but when i came home my evga card wouldent put out video. So i checked made sure it still had power, it does. I checked both pcie slots, they both work, i made sure my video would work on my other card, it does. I checked the evgas thermal paste and put new on, its good.and i checked in nvdia control panel it only see my pny card. Now the weird thing is the evga still has power i can tell cause the fans spin. So im out of ideas. Do u think its a brick and any suggestions.

Hey so ive been looking at my steam library and realized that i have ether played my steam games for less then 2 hours or never at all. i know that i can refund them but idk if i should or if i would get in trouble with steam for refunding 25-35 games all at ounce. especially since half of them is a year or older. what do you think.

Thank you all for suggestions i tweaked it a little i removed the water cooling (though my freind really wants to make use of this for a few years (maybe i can upgrade it for him later)) i dont think an ssd is in the budget just yet (yet another later upgrade for him(and i own 2 7200 rpm hdd there not that noiey and he wants fast loading games and needs mass storage (i thinks its a nice balance))) im personally an Intel fan but i think the 6 core amd is right in the sweet spot for him i did switch to the 970 which i agree over the 960 any way and i lowered the ram to 8gb which i do thinks plenty but i wanted to give him headroom encase he did other stuff with the pc later (so yet again another potential upgrade later) http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9MGPTW this is my updated list any more suggestions also the fact that its lower in cost is better he really is on a tight budget and 800$ was the limit -

hey guys so ive been playing h1z1 but i have an issue where it wont let me full screen or it says unsupported mode im trying to run the game in 1920 x 1080 on a 1920 x 1080 screen and ive tryed it on a lower resolution and even setting my tv screen to lower resolutions. now i use a vga cable still for my tv. now i only have issues with this game and would like to know if anyone has any info.

Hey Guys so i picked up h1z1 yesterday downloaded and went to launch i got a blue screen saying unsupported mode now this mean my pc is trying to run it at a higher resolution then my monitor can handel does anyone know where the file i can maunaly change that or the regedit location are this would be most apreciated because ive been looking for a few hours.

Hey everyone so ive been having this issue lately where after a little while of gameing my pc video on my monitors just goes away i cant alt tab out of games and it evently restarts my pc completly on me. at first i though my video cards where the issue so i turned off my overclocks on them and made sure my fans were good during tests my graphics cards never hit over 68c on full load then i thought to check my cpu see if it was the issue but after useing software to monitor that while gameing i never hit over 47c i was woundering if anyone knew or was haveing thiss issue. Specs i5 3570k @3.8ghz cooled by nepton 140L (idel temp 27c)(gameing temp 47c) asrock b7m gl r2.0 (about 45c) evga gtx 780 sc (normaly overclocked by 150mhz but since issues running at stock) (latetest drivers) pny gtx 780 (same overclock but not since issue) (latest drivers) evga 850 watt psu (not sure the model it fully modular though) corshair 450d case windows 8.1 pro (latest updates) (legit version of windows)
