There's an "ISP" in reno that beams out internet via distribution nodes, the customer just needs an antenna. Its cheap as hell and much faster too.

Wisp stands for Wireless internet service provider If you thought I was talking about whats at the other end of the cable  Makes sense though and quite funny that you had to resort to this to get decent internet

They always advertise their entry time price, not their normal price. 

I mean its still better than my old 5x0.5 50$ plan in south dakota...

Sadly as long as they run the government and have those damn * ** *** **** or numbers denoting more info later in small print, not much can be done as the info is right there. Albeit you have to look pretty damn hard to find it .
