I'm assuming you meant 'wmic cpu get...'
That being said, I think this has to be a Windows OS issue...not sure how.
I booted up Ubuntu from a live USB and ran a few commands on that side. lscpu does infact show 4 cores and 2 threads per core. htop not only sees the hyper-threaded cores, but also reports work being done by them.
I've reached the end of my Google-Foo. Does anyone know where/how Windows would be not seeing these, when clearly the Bios / *nix are?
