Bringing this thread back from the dead to say I have had three of this model die on me like this. We identified that it relates to ambient temperature, prolonged use in environments at or above 30°C (but below the 40°C max operating temperature stated by viewsonic) will cause the logic board start failing, and in the most recent two cases, will brick the monitor after power loss. These monitors are no match for summer in Australia. VID_88581228_161721_757.mp4

Current setup is the CM Octane bundle, so both a keyboard and a mouse (Though the middle click is broken ) and a HyperX Cloud headset, though the microphone for that is broken too.

I would ask that you monitor your CPU and GPU temps (On an empty desktop and under load) and reply back.

So what happens to people who want to join giveaways? The better approach (where possible) is to have 2 giveaways, one for the people new to the (forum) community (The are hosted here in part because those new users could end up liking the forum and stay, like I did) and one for the more active users of the forum. Like LukaP said, the giveaways are for everyone in the community, forum or not everything counts. Yes, sometimes you get people who were just trawling the internet looking for stuff they could get for free (I won't lie, I've done it) but thats a minority of the group.

Although I couldn't find any documentation on the pin layout, I would assume that you don't have all the cables plugged into the right spots. Make sure that you have the right cables on the right pins (Both the cables and the pin header should be labeled) and if you are still having troubles take the PC to a computer shop (not a retailer) that also builds computers and ask them to help you debug the system. Its and easy fix and should only take a few minutes to fix so they shouldn't make you pay any type of fee for services. -

Read the requirements again. My card is NOT part of the GTX series of cards and GeForce Experience shows that my card does not meet requirements.
