  1. Is there any benefit to having a sound card with my set up? Thanks for the reply!
  2. I want to build an HTPC for my living room. I am looking for some tips to help me get started. What sound card makes sense for the speaker set up? What are some good HTPC cases? Do I need a cheap graphics card initially if I plan on saving up and buying a better one later? Does anyone suggest a TV tuner for an HTPC? Is there a good place to look for tips on LTT or any other site? Any suggestions or tips are appreciated! Speakers Receiver: Marantz SR7007 BookShelf: HSU Research HB-1 MK2 (x4) Center: HSU Research HC-1 MK2 Subwoofer: HSU Research VTF-15 Total Cost: $3,400
  3. I formatted my 1tb hard drive with all of my stuff on it. I was able to recover most of it.
  4. It's Pikachu!!!! But on a serious note, I think it kinda looks like a subwoofer. Maybe they are redesigning the SP2500?
  5. Clear would be cool if you could see the PCB. Heat sinks are almost never interesting. This is why cheap water cooling solutions are becoming more popular with CPUs. Not many computers look good with a large chunk of metal covering half the motherboard even though they are cheaper and perform similarly.
  6. The problem is that I already have the SSD. I also have a solid router. Thanks!!
  7. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/drumzilla999/saved/2WPE This is the gaming build I came up with. I want people to comment with suggestions to make this build better. The only rule is that I am trying to build a Black, White, and Green build. I am mostly interested on figuring out exactly what video card and RAM I should purchase. I plan on staying around this price point give or take $50. Any suggestions are appreciated.
  8. Personally I think that the unboxings are just a way to publish more content. I think that you should invest more time into providing content that is more thought driven even if that means not putting out as many videos.
  9. Drum= I have been a percussionist for 10 years zilla= I'm a beast 999= favorite number I originally came up with this name while signing up for xbox live.
  10. I want to be a network archetect. I am unsure of what degree I should look at getting. I want to design, plan, and upgrade computer networks for companies. Please help me in my hunt to find the right degree for me. I also plan on getting certifications to go along with the college degree. Also it would be appreciated if people could post good places to get the degree. I live in Pennsylvania so eastern school are perfered.
