Yup yup. Very excited.
After basically like 16 hours worth of sleep, going out in the wild now. First thing on my to do list is a data sim card, then food. Then... Touristy things

We Europeans are spoiled nowadays with the ability to use our data plans in other European/EU countries.

I knooooow. And for cheap too. I just paid 100$CAD for 10GB of data . To be fair, I get unlimited international sms, and unlimited regional calling, but still. 100CAD.
And that was the best deal out there (with Kodoo). The large carriers were like 75$ for 2-4Gb depending on carrier.

I'm not coming I'm unfortunately not in the position to make that happen (school stuff, work stuff, financial stuff..)

But holy crap.. those numbers... In the Netherlands I could pay 15 euros for 2GB and unlimited sms/calls in the EU.. (plus one-time handling fees, which are like 20 euros).

ikr, I myself am with Mobile Vikings (I think they're BeNeLux nowadays) and I get 4Gb of data and some calling and texting that I basically use maybe 1% of.
