  1. Thanks for getting back to me. I updated the USB drivers and a few other drivers while I was there, including chipset and even bios. No luck, the keyboards I plug in still don't let me type and i tried multiple ports. Even pressing caps lock and num lock doesn't turn the little led on. (rgb leds on keys still on) I also double checked keyboards on another win10 pc, they still work fine on that. One thing did change though, I have no missing drivers in Device Manager now (no "!" on any devices). Little more info: - When I plug in and out the USB for the keyboards Device Manager refreshes itself each time. - When I Teamviewer into the PC I can type fine from remote PC. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  2. A few nights ago keyboard was working fine, the following morning I turned my PC on and I cannot type with my keyboard. Specs: - Win10 Pro x64 - Version: 1803 - Keyboard = Razer BlackWidow Chroma - Driver software = Razer Synapse 2.0Things i've noticed:- BlackWidow Chroma AND Mamba not showing in Synapse.- Device manager showing the "!" next to some keyboard and mouse devices.- Might of been a windows update.- Keyboard LEDs works- Keyboard works in BIOS- Keyboard works on other PCs - Mouse still working Things i've done:- Restart PC (almost every time after i do one of the things below)- Changed USB ports- Update Synapse - Tried older versions of Razer Synapse 2 - Tired Razer Synapse 3- Run Win10 updates- Tried updating drivers in device manager.- Uninstalled Synapse + delete devices in device manager + delete all razer folders in c:\programfiles x86 and c:\programdata + restart PC + reinstall Synapse- Uninstall Windows 10 updates that installed in the last 24 hours.- Hold down esc + caps lk + m5 and plug in keyboard. - Boot windows into safe mode. - Tired other keyboards. (no keyboard i plug into PC works) - regedit - deleted UpperFilters in the keyboard class (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\some numbers and letters ) Any help would be great. Let me know if i'm missing any information. Also ceebs reinstalling windows so don't suggest straight away plz xoxo.
