Yes, you absolutely should.  You said you were worried about an early withdrawal penalty.  This doesn't apply to Roth IRA as long as the withdrawal does not include earnings.  You can withdraw contributions at any time...tax free and penalty free.

I build systems, so you get a whole computer from me not just a box of parts or a part. Most of my clients have me built for their children. I'm sure this 10k PC is for his son.

    9900k
    128 ram corsair ram
    4nvme 1tb samsung drives
    Rm800
    2x 2070 super
Just to name a few components. Then they must pay me to put this together and dial it in.

When you spend that kind of money you expect it to have been tested thoroughly. Think about the amount of times people complain about something not working after a week or a month? I try to mitigate those issues as much as possible.

It's compatible.  4 pin fans will work fine on a 3 pin header.  You just won't have PWM control.

Aida64 is more stress testing than monitoring @TrainFan2019 so its not really a good monitoring software. HWInfo64 is probably the best out there for all around system monitoring and MSI Afterburner for GPU overclocking and monitoring.

Why 650w? It's not like OP can overclock the CPU on that motherboard. That system is only going to use 250-300w max.

Why recommend a 9th Gen i7?  Going to cost over $400 for the CPU, another $150+ for the motherboard...  then there's the CPU cooler he'd need to buy since the 9700k/9900k don't come with stock coolers and op wouldn't be able to reuse the stock cooler currently on the i5 7600k since it probably wouldn't be sufficient to cool it. So OP would need a CPU cooler suitable for the 9th Gen i7, and probably would be looking at AIO since he's already leaning towards liquid cooling... Which means a new case... Oh and that new 650w PSU you recommended as well.

Dude just wanted to know if a 240mm rad fits in his case and you just told him he needs to spend USD$800+ on upgrading without even knowing what OP plans on using the system for.

Op asked if it would work for his chip. The answer to that is YES. He didn't ask for you to scold him on the whole need vs want argument. He also didn't say he needed you to try to convince him not to get it. His whole point was to confirm it will work for his needs and it WILL.

So YES op, that cooler will be enough to handle your cpu.

You don't have a point. For some people aesthetics are important and there is NOTHING wrong with that. If op wants to spend HIS money on something like this and has the means then it isn't a bad choice even if you think it is pointless or overkill.

So...you have no personal experience with the product?  You only know what you have seen or read on the internet?  Seems legit.  Considering most people turn to the internet with problems and not when their product performs as it should...what exactly do you expect to find?  You went looking for problems...of course you found some.

Real stats...real data.  Not internet opinions.  Provide me with noise/failure rate based on units sold compared to other manufacturers.  Can you do that?  No.
