    Yes, you absolutely should. You said you were worried about an early withdrawal penalty. This doesn't apply to Roth IRA as long as the withdrawal does not include earnings. You can withdraw contributions at any time...tax free and penalty free.

    It's compatible. 4 pin fans will work fine on a 3 pin header. You just won't have PWM control.

    Are you asking about rgb or what? That cooler has a wired rgb controller that does not need a compatible motherboard or software to control the leds.

    If you contact the manufacturer, you can most likely get a replacement part. However, as other have stated...this is not the cause of your dust problem.

    That's correct on the ram. Whether you go Ryzen or newer Intel...it will require a new mobo and ram as well (ddr4).

    Is there any downside to purchasing it and trying? Either you can get them both to work off one of the two dongles...or you can use both dongles. It's a really cheap mouse, so I would give it a try.

    Gigabyte boards will control Corsair ram with RGB Fusion, but I would personally avoid it if possible.

    I see people listing stuff for crazy high prices all the time...that doesn't necessarily mean that anyone is buying them. You will usually get a response like "well I paid X amount for this less than a year ago"... It is unfortunate that these people often grossly overpaid for mediocre PCs and they somehow feel that it makes their items worth more than they are. Basically...it's common for people to value things based on what they originally paid for them, not what they are actually worth.

    They are an amazon competitor. They sell the same stuff amazon does and work in the same way that amazon does. Would you buy a gpu from amazon? I've purchased pc components from jet with no issue...and cheaper than anywhere else.

    Jet is legit. They are new though...only launched a year ago. I've bought plenty of stuff from them.. Never had an issue.

    What's wrong with the one you have? I see them on ebay for like $45. If the fans are the issue...maybe you could just replace the fans with some of the same size.

    Click the Home icon and select Radeon Additional Settings. This will open a new window of settings with a more basic layout. Look under my the My Digital Flat Panels and see if you can make any adjustments from there.

    What version of crimson are you using? It doesn't have the Scaling Mode tab to the right of it?

    If you just want to adjust the scaling...right click and open Radeon Settings>Display>GPU scaling...turn on and select desired scaling mode.
