Well a 6700k wont bottlneck a 2080 ti and the 3070 is supposed to be really close to that level of performance.   So it should be ok.

Coil whine is not considered worthy of an refund or RMA in the vast majority of cases with most retailers, as far as I know. It's a mechanical side-effect of a VRM sucking power, it doesn't actually affect the performance of the card. If it were DOA, it would be a different story, you could probably refund it with no problem. But coil whine is not considered a fault. It's noise.

Its because Jay made a big deal about never getting any GPU's from Nvidia and he made that video about them being too expensive and so they sent him 3 Titans.

That way he cant complain about them being expensive, because he got 3 of them for free.

Your current PSU does not have 6pin connectors but it does have 2 Molex.  Its an older type of Connector but I think you can pickup a couple Molex to 6 pin adapters and then you can make the connection from the PSU to the GPU without buying a whole new PSU.

For me the scariest part of building a PC is turning it on for the first time after you built it.  Because you dont know what is gonna happen till you press dat button.

But its also the best part when everything fires up and starts spinning, and you know that its alive.

I use an Air Compressor to blow dust out of my PC.

But remember if you do that not to spin your fan blades with the air or it can damage them.  Instead hold the blades static and then blow the air on it.

This is why guys on this forum build our own PC's.  Because we know that those support guys who work for dell are just some poor dude in India who has very limited training.

People think that by buying a prebuilt PC they will get support if anything goes wrong.  But all you get is the run around.
