I have a 970 that I thought, "Sure I could throw a Liquid Cooler on that and it'd be fine!" until the RAM died. Now I'm back on my 560 Ti ;(

Oh ffs, I searched for other topics prior to posting this! D:

Doesn't mean it's not going ahead, just means they've to sort through this first. Which is silly, considering Take-Two tried opening a dialogue with the BBC.
-
Thanks for the clarification. But I was actually quoting Trevor from an Online mission in GTA 5
-
Not just them "having to", but Take-Two [and R* by extension] has been known to vehemently pursue copyright/trademark [seriously, what is the difference between the two?] infringement He was a guest, doesn't mean he's still working for them [if you read carefully, it mentioned that he was asked about what he's doing next]

That particular station might've had a loop-hole or something that allowed him on, in whatever capacity he was in. All this is great btw, but it's all off-topic!
-
Exactly the same, although their hand was forced in that regard - they knew they were ripping the soul out of the show, but they had no real choice - would've been a firing offence if it were anyone else.

BBC should've seen this coming. Source: http://www.kitguru.net/channel/generaltech/matthew-wilson/take-two-is-suing-the-bbc-over-rockstar-dramadocumentary/ Original Source: ign.com/articles/2015/05/21/rockstar-games-files-lawsuit-against-the-bbc

Didn't read too much on the subject as when I noticed the articles on support ending, I was getting ready for work. From past experience with XP though, I knew something like that would happen. So that's good to hear.
-
Probably more of a headache because it was a Mac [i know Boot Camp is a thing but in my experience Mac's just don't like Windows] Also, Windows 10 is said to have a tiny Upgrade price, and they're reworking their pricing structure, so there's that.
-
Thanks for the heads-up. Mods/admins feel free to pull this down - I'll leave a link to the original.
-
It will when you realise Windows has discontinued support of it [very recently mind you, but still]
