  1. So, i have a beyerdynamic mmx 300 - and the left cup has gone. stopped working. Now the issue is, to get it repaired, all headsets are stated to have a 5 year warranty, this headset is about a year old now. But who do i call? The only telephone lines listed is for the company in germany and what kind of information would be required to hand over? I got this as a gift, i don't have the receipt as such, i know where it was purchased from. Any help would be appreciated. Headset in question. http://europe.beyerdynamic.com/shop/mmx-300-manufaktur.html Where the person bought it from (I don't have direct contact with this person to get any help: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SP-001-BY
  2. I love my headset ( Beyerdynamic MMX300 ) But the weight of it when i wear it all the time and the headset hair really bother me. I want to switch to earphones and i am wondering if there is some good, durable earphones out there for the same quality?
  3. The 80 or 250 Ohms version? They do seem very close with the DT 770 being able to operate at a higher frequency and ohms (Although i personally don't know if this difference really effects the quality) I can't find the dt 770 premium anywhere, i guess they are no longer sold.
  4. Amazon are no longer selling this monitor themselves on the UK amazon website, it did slip down to £680 too, i wonder if they ran out of stock.
  5. Indeed it is. I already have a Blue Yeti sitting on the side, so there's really no need for a mic on a headset. I listen to a wide range of music, rock, pop, soundtracks, classical, the list goes on. I also use it for gaming and the MMX 300 does it all very well. Sure, go ahead and link me up, i would appreciate any indicators as to the pros over the MMX 300 per link so i have a something to balance your opinon of them against the MMX 300.
  6. So, i love my MMX 300, but i am wondering what else can i get out there that is better? The quality is great on it but i never use the mic and i would prefer something that has the same quality or better that weights less. Budget would be £210+ to £300 (The current retail price of the mmx 300)
  7. Early adopters always get a kick in the teeth. Good things come to those that wait.
  8. Don't pick unity and it's movie fps.
  9. That's a smart choice, sadly it may be a few months until aoc release their challenger to the 34 inch 21:9 monitor.
  10. How rich is this guy? That's some expensive stuff.
  11. Have you tried plugging in another monitor or tv? If they connect fine then it's your monitor.
  12. If you don't care about 3d or 144hz. Then the AOC i2757fh is for you. 1.1cm bezel, pretty much stunning.
  13. The most popular choice for eyeinfinity monitor setup over the last two years is the Asus VG278HE 27". It's 144Hz and 3D. The bezels as standard are not too bad and there are tutorials on how to debezel it completely, it can also be fitted with gsync. It being debezeled: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJ0DJhjfiTY Linus over at NCIX:
  14. In the future maybe.. The current curved displays are $$$
  15. I would say thats a bad suggestion, 4k\rog swift would be too expensive for eyeinfinity and would have too much requirements to run all 3.
