  1. Hi all, I’ve done a reset on the laptop since it wasn’t booting up. After that I got the low battery screen, but with the laptop plugged in for over 4 hours I still get the low batterij screen and it doesn’t boot up. I’m using the poweradapter that came with the laptop. I’m thinking in the direction of a broken battery, but maybe someone else has an idea? The reset I did: Press and hold Shift, Control, and Option on the left side of the keyboard. At the same time, press the power button. Hold for 10 seconds. Release the keys and then turn on your Mac
  2. I’ve got some questions regarding the setup I bought from Ubiquiti. I’ve bought the Switch Pro 24 PoE and Dream Machine Pro. I’ve bought the PoE since I’m going to run some camera’s/APs, but not immediately. Will I damage the sockets in my rooms since they will be connected to this switch or the non PoE devices? I was thinking that if the device doesn’t require power.. the switch won’t send it, but I’m not sure. I’m going to put the two in a rack in a closet where my ethernet connection enters the house. Will this be a problem for heat? I’m going to foresee some spacing and ventilation holes at the bottom and top. Thanks!
  3. Oki thanks! Will get the front as intake as the top as exhaust
  4. Hi, I'm moving to a new case, the Fractal Design Meshify 2, and bought two radiators for this build. But I was wondering what the best direction is for the fans. So I will put a radiator at the top and the front, but do I make them both intake or the front intake and the top as exhaust. I do have an 140mm exhaust fan which I would put independent from the radiator fans. Any thoughts on what the best/better solution might be.
  5. I'm looking into buying a Beyerdynamic DT 1770 Pro, currenly I'm using their Beyerdynamic DT 770 250 Ohm with an SMSL SD 793II amp (nothing fancy), but I wonder what amp/dac combo could be the best choice. Is it still the Schiit products? I would connect it with my PC through digital out.
  6. For the moment I have a single 480 rad for in the front. I wanna see what that gives first before buying a second one I do have a spare of 4 ML120's which I want to use at the top. But the 480 rad in front with the fans pushing the air out the case is not a bad plan?
  7. The exhaust would be the 2 gaps at the side of the front. So fresh air would be pulled from the top automatically (no fans - might add later) and the fans push the air from the case out through those gaps.
  8. I have a Corsair 1000D which stands in the corner of my office. It's under my desk so the top has a clearance of ~2cm (euhm, guess that's 1" :P).. I've noticed that the heat builds up atm with my AIO, which is mounted at the top of my case, and aftermarket GPU cooler. So I'm watercooling the system (components arrived), but I wonder how I best place my radiator and its fans. I was thinking of placing it in the front of my case with the fans pulling air from the case (So you would have this - FANS -> | RADIATOR -> | FRONT OF CASE). Or should I turn it around, but I'm scared that the heat will build up again.
  9. I was not hinting at that.. just that the temps were pretty hot in the room, so the component temps and cooler noises were even higher. I've used the wrong words to explain myself
  10. Thanks for the answer! To answer on the last 'question'. I won't do any crazy overclocks - I do play the latest game with ultra setting, but I assume that that is not the big heavy load, but I want to keep the fans on a 500RPM. With the summer the room temps were pretty high and when I was gaming I could feel that the GPU was throttling because of the heat. Oh, and I had the noise of a vacuumcleaner ? I think I'll go with a single rad first and see what it gives. I can always add a second one later on and keep my left over ML 120's as case fans on a 500RPM.. thats my idea atm.
  11. So a single Black Ice SR2 MP would be enough to cool my 2700X and 2080 Ti or should I add a second one to be sure?
  12. Yeah, I want to get the system as quit as possible. I bought a second duo pack of those ML 120. So I have 8 in total. Should I wait for the Corsair XR7 and get 2? Or 1 in push/pull or just jump on the SR2 and also here with 2 or 1 with push pull.
  13. Since I don't want to create a new topic ? The Corsair XR7 is not yet avaliable where I live so I was thinking.. what about 2x EK coolstreams SE 480mm?
