  1. This question may sound fairly basic but I have no clue when it comes to home networking . My issue is up until the present day we have a virgin media superhub in the downstairs living room and a good 15-ish meters away is the room of "stuffs" including two pc's and a laptop. Most devices around the house are connected to the internet through the superhubs Wi-fi. My PC is the lucky one as I have a ethernet cable connected to the superhub. This does mean though that the other pc's in the room are left to wifi which doesn't exactly give the best performance. This is where the switch comes in. We were hoping that instead of having to run 3+ ethernet cables through the corridoors we could run 1 cable from the superhub into a switch in this room and have the pc's connected to the switch. Is this possible? The switch I had in mind was this one. http://www.dabs.com/products/tp-link-5-port-gigabit-desktop-switch---steel-case-8HYY.html Is a different switch required? Or will I have to use another method? Thanks for listening
