  1. I am pretty sure that is not the case, as it happens to both monitors at the exact same time.
  2. Hey everyone, i recently got my new build up and running, and it is quite amazing. I just have one problem right now. Sometimes when playing games (just 10 mins ago it happened in the game Dota 2), both my monitors suddenly turn completely black, as if they god turned off (the light on the monitors power buttons turn orange instead of blue), and then the message "DVI No signal" shows up. After about 10 seconds of black screen, it's back no normal, except if i had let's say a video running on the second monitor, the video window would stay black (with audio still going). Other than that, i cannot Alt+Tab back into the game after this happens, forcing me to completely close it, and reopen it again. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Do you have any clue as to what might be causing this? I believe i had this problem about a year back, while using my old GTX 550. Back then it fixed itself when i swapped it out for my GTX 680. I really hope it's not my 680 that has gone faulty on me.
  3. Indeed! Well, that fixed it. I am both a little ashamed and insanely happy that i didn't mess something up while building. Thank you sir & good day!
  4. I think you're definitely on to something here, since i am running at a reduced monitor quality at the moment. I will try and install them and get back to you. I am pretty sure this whole thing is just me over-thinking things and generally being a little dumb! Thanks for the reply!
  5. Hey everyone, i just got my build up and running last night, but there was still a problem. My PC is not detecting/registering the graphics card. Now, i am very new at this but i still got some weird ideas. When i plug in my monitor, it goes through the GPU right? So how come i can actually use the monitor, if the GPU is not being registered? Am i just missing some important graphic drivers that i might have missed? P.S This is an old Asus GTX 680 that i have had for about a year, and is the only part that i transferred to the new build, from the old one. Any help is greatly appreciated!
  6. It now runs with great temps using the Intel stock cooler! Thank you for guiding me through this. Hopefully i can get a working H100i next time! Off to install Windows!
  7. After having removed the cooler, i am now 100% sure that it has been touching the CPU.
  8. Quite a shame if that is the case. It might take a while for me to uninstall the cooler, put in the new cooler and install windows. I might be back later with an update. Hope you stay around and thank you for the help you have already given.
  9. I don't think i can, seeing as it is not yet installed, and my CPU temp goes to about 80 degrees Celsius in a matter of a minute. Should i try and use the Intel stock cooler until i have windows installed, and then see if i can make the H100i work? It may just be my specific H100i that has a fault in it.
  10. Since i am not sure what it actually sounds like, it is quite hard to listen for a specific sound while all the fans are going on at the same time. Would there be another easy way of checking, like in the BIOS menu? Also, now that i think about it, would it actually display a CPU Fan error, if it's just the block not pressing towards my CPU?
  11. It is connected to the same cable that goes from my HDD to my PSU. If it helps, the PSU is the Corsair 760 ATX.
  12. Just tried again, and it still goes straight to insane temps. Should i try and remove the water block once more to see if it has connected properly to the CPU?
  13. I am very sorry about that, it's just that i am about to give up, and was not getting any more replies from the people that helped me earlier on. I will not do it in the future.
