    I'd easily say ArmA 3 is far more optimised than most released games today. Although the framerate is lower than most games you may be used to the game runs fantastically for how much is being done.

    Quick thing to try is drop your RAM down to around 1866 from 2400 and try again, this was one early issue I had with my build.

    Sadly that 27" model does not offer the g-sync otherwise I would have purchased it haha Plus for 1080p 24" is preferable imo
