  1. Parsec seams to work really really well for me. My home upload speeds are pretty good - 70-90Mb/s with 1ms latency. I hope they have a decent connection where we're staying, because parsec doesn't seem to work with the hotspot from my phone. They have a section on the website describing that service provider NAT will not work or something.
  2. Shadow seems to be US only, I'm in Bulgaria.
  3. "desperately want to game", thought this was the gaming forum... Did not expect judgement of that lvl. Anyways the place we're going to is a really small village and I don't think we can rent something there. Renting from before we go might be an option, but I've seen locally only PS/XBox renting. Not sure if gaming laptops is an option, but will research. I forgot that shadow exists, will try to set it up tonight.
  4. Hi everyone, I'll be on a family trip starting the same day as the Diablo Resurrected first ladder starts. Which is very unfortunate since I really want to play during the start of ladder. I have a gaming PC at home, but no windows laptop that could run the game. Only an M1 Max work laptop. If Steam Deck was available for purchase and it could arrive within a month, I would buy one, but that doesn't seem to be an option. A laptop seems too much money and I would probably never use it again, I really don't need a gaming laptop. I have a Switch, but the PC and Switch BNET characters are separated and I would like to continue to play on my PC after the trip. I was thinking of Geforce NOW, but it doesn't have the game available and the app seems laggy as heck anyways on my laptop. I saw Geforce Streaming as another option, but I guess it supports the same games as geforce now and also port forwarding doesn't seem to work well with my ISP. Any Ideas? Thanks!
  5. Hi everyone, I have a Samsung Q70T 55'' TV in my living room and I want to upgrade the audio. I don't have the space to put dedicated speakers in the room, since the TV is surrounded by a big cabinet and no space on the sides + I have a toddler that would tip over anything on a stand. So I'm looking in to soundbars. My budged is about 850BGN (~500 USD or ~400 EUR) As a good value option I saw the Yamaha YAS-209, but that comes with DTS over ARC input and the TV has and eARC and doesn't seem to support DTS over ARC. Would that impact the experience too much? I found the Yamaha here for 750 BGN https://www.technopolis.bg/bg/Soundbar-sistemi/Soundbar-sistema-YAMAHA-YAS-209/p/156530 Another option I see is the Samsung HW Q70T, because it was made with that TV in mind and supports everything that the TV has to offer. But I cannot find any reviews on the this one. This one is more expensive at 880BGN https://www.technopolis.bg/bg/bg/Soundbar-sistemi/Soundbar-sistema-SAMSUNG-HW-Q70T/p/31823 Can you help me choose, also other options are still welcome. Thanks! Edit: Smart features are not required. I want the sound to be good.
  6. Hi! A friend of mine bought an Asus Zephyrus g15 g502iv and is experiencing wifi interruptions and gets disconnected form games. This doesn't happen to his previous laptop. All drivers are up to date. Any ideas? Thanks! M
  7. I have MSI Mortar something motherboard and I have the same issue with a mod mic. I found an external usb mic ADC card lying around. The shittiest most generic one you can imagine. When I plug into it it's all good.
  8. Let me update you for closure: The Straight Power 11 was out of stock everywhere and I bought RM650X. It's dead silent and the PC now is pretty silent as well. Can't hear it apart from some air moving under normal use and while gaming it can't be heard over the game sound. I'm really happy with the result. Just wondering why modern PSUs don't include single GPU cables. This one and my old one only have double cables, for two GPUs. Makes it harder to cable manage for most users.
  9. No matter what your PC does the router shouldn't crash. I'd guess the problem is with the router itself. Check the admin UI for the devices on the network and see if there are maybe some weird collisions. Check if it has some logs or error/crash reports.
  10. Hi everyone, I bought for my mother a pixel 3a last year. Everything with it was great until the loudspeaker stopped working during calls. It can play audio from videos, but cannot play audio during any sort of call, be it on the cell network, viber, facebook or whatever call. After trying everything suggested on the internet, I came to the conclusion that it's somehow a hardware issue. I live in Bulgaria, but it was purchased from the German google store. When I try to start the repair process from here https://support.google.com/ I'm sent in an infinite loop of links which all lead to nowhere good. I enter the IMEI, I click on "Audio issue", it says it's covered by warrenty and I'm forwarded to https://support.google.com/pixelphone?p=pixel_call which forwards to the home page again. If I try to request a chat or call from here https://store.google.com/us/repaircenter I'm redirected to https://support.google.com/. Can someone help with the mind boggling process of Google warranty repairs? Thanks!
  11. Ordered the straight power 11 650W. Thanks!
  12. Just checked the topic and it was the straight power 10, not 11. I needed higher wattage PSU because I wanted to use it for foldinging/mining with two 970s. Went for a 970 and 1070 for a while. I won't go for two GPUs any time soon tho.
  13. I agree that 650 is enough since I won't go for dual GPU setup, but won't the 750 corsair stay with the fan off at all times since I'll be using about half of its capacity? Funny thing is that the be quiet one is the one over which I got recommended my current seasonic..
  14. Prices are all over the place, so I use https://www.pazaruvaj.com/informatika-c3067/ this site to search many sites at once for a concrete product, or one of the following stores: https://plesio.bg/zahranvane-c-69977705.html https://www.pro-bg.com/product/Power-supply-desktop/ Shame..
  15. There's an acceptable deal on RM750x for 280BGN (160USD). Should I go for it? Is there anything better in terms of silence? (Modular is a must)
  16. It's fan noise yes. I bought it long time ago without much research apart from asking on the forum about a few choices, but noise wasn't a concern back then. So new PSU it is..
  17. Hi everyone, My system consists of: SEASONIC SS-850AM Bronze (M12II) Ryzen 3 3600 GTX 1660 super The total power consumption of the system is a joke and the 850W PSU gets REALLY REALLY LOUD under load and even when idle with room temp above 23C. Is it normal for this PSU to be this loud? Can I fix the noise somehow? If it's just the way it is, can you recommend a PSU that would stay silent? Thanks!
  18. Really nice mode! I already got the case and my GPU sits at around 80 and CPU a bit undervolted at 76 (but my cooler is pretty nice for it). Still I want to cut the holes because the fans need to get too noisy to keep the GPU from throttling. What did you use to cut the holes?
  19. Hi, I'm running: Ryzen 3600 MSI Mortar MAX Gigabyte 1660 Super In Cooler Master Q300L With 3 CoolerMaster MF120R and the stock case fan. The problem is that the cooler master fans are REALLY REALLY LOUD. The stock case fan is DC and is really quiet. I've setup a custom fan curve through BIOS, but it seems to be partially ignored. My curve runs them at 10% PWM until the CPU hits 70C, but they start to get really loud at about 55. Do you have any idea why the custom fan curve set in BIOS seems to be ignored? Reviews of these fans suggested them as somewhat quiet, but that's not the case. Thanks! EDIT: Forgot to mention that they're connected through the same header with a splitter.
  20. As it's stated in the video, you'd get about 25% better cooling. And that's compared to 120 mil fan so even less compared to the 140mil fan.
  21. Turns out cinebench isn't very sensitive to the ram speed. And the first run was done on fresh windows with only drivers. Other crap seems to slow down the system after that. I managed to get a ram overclock at 3333MHz with 16 timings and got from 6000 time spy CPU(no XMP) to 7000 time spy cpu. Can't get it to work at 14 timings at 3200 tho.
  22. My memory has really bad timings actually, I didn't realize it'd matter that much. It's 16 18 18 38. I guess that's an OK result then Will try to tighten the timings in the near future.
  23. Using the latest. rev 26. Memory is indeed at 3200 in CPU Z. I've uninstalled Ryzen Master and cleared CMOS. Turned only XMP on and boosted my CPU Cooler fan speed. It still gets around 3400 in Cinebench R20, which is the same result as before XMP. Maybe the timings of the RAM are really bad at 3200. I also managed to do a -0.1V offset and got the same result - ~50 points with 10C lower temps which seems nice.
  24. Hi everyone! Yesterday I got my new parts and put together the following rig: Ryzen 5 3600 MSI Mortar Max B450 Gskill trident z 3200 Noctua U12S chroma.black Gigabyte GTX 1660 super Seasonic 850W 80+ Bronze This is my first Ryzen CPU, I had a 4690K until now and overclocking is strange to me. When I ran Cinebench out of the box with windows balanced plan, no XMP, no nothing. I got the highest score yer (3405). When I switched to max performance and XMP, I'm getting around 3390 (margin of error but still it's consistently lower). I downloaded Ryzen Master and enabled "Game Mode" with Precision Boost Overdrive and I noticed my CPU clock under sustained load is bouncing between 3925 and 3950 MHz. My CPU temp normalizes at 73C. The vltage is at around 1.418V Even when there is no load on the CPU the clock doesn't exceed 4125 MHz. Is this normal? Shouldn't It be boosting to 4200MHz? Shouldn't I be getting higher scores when my RAM is running at 3200 MHz instead of 2xxx MHz?
