    It shows in "VR". With their new stuff that only renders what is shown in vr, it is faster in vr. In normal gaming and applications, it wouldn't be that much faster.

    Your psu should have a 6 pin connector with a 2 pin connector off to the side which can be used together as an 8 pin one.

    You don't want to raise the voltage too much either. Other than producing heat it can degrade the processors life span if its too high. That's why most people keep it under 1.3V.

    if not, you will have to lower your over lock a bit.

    It throttles at 99C I think, but I would keep it under 90C and under 1.3V

    probably, to the right buyer. Selling as individual parts would get you more money I would think.

    That's still a fine cpu, stay with it and overclock it a bit if needed. I have had no reason to overclock my 4790k and it still performs top end.

    yah. Good deal, the ram, watercooling parts, psu, and case are all a great steal from that.

    The Bequiet Pure Rock looks better, is quieter, and performs a tiny bit better for nearly the same price. (This is the only cooler from Bequiet not hard to mount.

    I prefer my good 'ol passcodes, but the way technology and security seems to be developing, that "takes too long to type in" and now we need quicker possibly more insecure ways to protect our stuff.

    The Zotac Amp! Extreme and EVGA Classy are both top of the top end. I got my Zotac Amp! Extreme to ~1500 mhz easy with only around 75C, so that just shows you. They both are quite a bit more expensive than the others though and I don't know if the price will come down all that much after Pascal.

    If you're getting a 980ti, why not go for the best one? EVGA Classy, or the Zotac Amp Extreme. (I got my amp extreme to ~1500mhz)

    That CPU is fine, and will be fine for awhile, no need to worry I would suggest a 980ti,
