Just put the games you are interested in buying in your wish list and when it goes on sale Steam will let you know about it so you don't miss it.

Wow. I don't know what else to say.

If I didn't have two watercooled 780's and only one 1440p monitor, I would be all over the 970/980 cards. The 970 especially, interests me because it is an awesome card at a pretty decent price.

This looks incredibly nice. Job well done.

I still play Battlefield 4 from time to time, but I am absolutely awful at the game. Origin ID: Benbinbeen

Not a fan of the front, but the functionality is there. I would love if the next full tower from Phanteks was like the Enthoo Primo, with the lighting and extra room in the top as the Luxe. I would buy that in a heartbeat.

Finished a build in the Luxe a week or so ago and it is a great case. Granted red isn't everyone's thing because it may be overdone, but I love the look of the Luxe with the lighting, the metal construction, everything being screwed and not riveted and the price point is spot on. Enjoy the Luxe being as cheap as it is, because Phanteks will end up charging more the next time around I bet. They have had a few cases now that were successful, have build a name for themselves in the case market and I know I would of paid more for the Luxe, especially after having built a system in one.

VAULT BOY - A Fallout inspired build (modded Bitfenix Prodigy)
Benbinbeen replied to ciobanulx's topic in Build Logs
That is incredible -
When I redid my PC, I bought a MCP655-PWM D5 pump. I thought the PWM would be nice but all I use it for is to make sure that the pump is still working in my system and reading the RPM's. I leave the thing on 100% all the time because it doesn't make any noise that I can hear. I would never use anything other than a D5 pump now.

Should I watercool SLI 780ti classified cards?
Benbinbeen replied to aduman's topic in Custom Loop and Exotic Cooling
If you have the dough to do it, go for it. It isn't going to hurt anything and they will look great. -
If I had an extra $999, I would snatch up a R9 295X2 in a heartbeat.

EA has 3 year plan, wants 'player-first culture'
Benbinbeen replied to rafbanaan's topic in Tech News
Let's see: Releasing games and then putting up pay gates so people can't play, releasing broke games and still trying to fix them a year later, trying a monthly subscription to play their games, etc. Doesn't sound like a "player-first" culture to me. Sounds like EA searching for the next cash cow and how to monetize every little thing they do. I am not against a company making money, after all, creating games is expensive and not all of them make money. What I am against is them not doing it honestly and with a bit of tact. -
I use it, to a point. Adds before videos or after videos don't bother me much, it is a cost of viewing content. What I can't stand is the pop up junk or an add every 5 minutes if you are watching Twitch or something.
