It doesn't happen when I move the mouse or load certain pages. I do not use a DAC or audio device to run my speakers.

This is my setup. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Jasss22/saved/wMqPxr .The whining noise sounds like an old hdd booting up and is not constant it will stop for a few hundredths of a second then start up again. The sound is coming from the cpu area. Please help.

I use the NZXT Phantom 820 for a case. The dust filters for the the side intake can be placed in 2 ways before the fan and behind the fan. What I am asking is it alright to have the dust filter behind the fan?

I have been looking for a tablet that i can game on. A friend of mine says to get a 32g nvidia tablet because i have 2 780 in my computer and it could use them to help me play games on my computer. I am just having trouble if i could really use it. I need some help deciding.

I was wondering if I could hook up hdmi to dvi cord. to a ps4 because of htcp on the ps4. p.s. I already own a great computer but it is to heavy and big to move around, so i went with a console since it is smaller and lighter.
