Hello guys, i want to build a new gaming pc and my budget is 150 $ so i am having some hard time here. I already have case ( which is h440 i got it 2 years ago) and HDD so i only need a new mother board, cpu, gpu, power supply and ram. I will be only playing games like cs go, dota 2, lol etc. I am student so i will be doing my paper work and stuff. I know that 150$ budget pc is not gonna do well compared to the 300-500$ pc so is it possible to build a new pc with 150$ budget that can get around 70-100+ fps in cs go and dota 2. In future i would like to upgrade the gpu to nvidia 950 or something like that. Please guys help me, recommend me the parts please Thank you.

So i am building my own rig and i am newbie. I have rog max vii formula and i am planing to buy asus 780 poseidon and i watched linus video here http://youtu.be/ACT294y53lI and i want to watercool my system exactly same as shown in this video so can you guys help me? 1: will this watercooling fit im my nzxt h440 case? 2: if so what will i need to purchase ? the tubing etc So i am totally new at this watercooling stuff so if you guys help me in detail that would be very helpfull
