I had this same problem.  You have to move that file into the directory where you miner is located.  Search for it on your system and perhaps download the latest Cuda sdk online if you can't find the file (that's what I did). Once that dll file is in with the miner it should hopefully fix that problem.

Slightly off topic, but I would recommend removing your payment details from that account.  Origin has had security issues lately and some users have found unauthorized charges on their account.
