  2. Hi, I have a gigabyte 770 graphicscard running on z87-k. I just noticed that gpuz shows my card running on PCi 1.1. i would realy appriciate if someone can guide me why this might be the case when the card and the motherboard both support PCIe 3.0. Thank you
  3. Congratulations on achieving this milestone I found your channel while looking for parts for me new PC. and your 1500$ build was what i ended up building more or less I would like to see a video on where to put your graphics cards when going for a multi GPU setup. which slots to use and why, and which slots to not use...could do a tech quickie video on it
  4. These are the options that i have and in this list this is the only one i can afford.... http://www.galaxy.com.pk/power-supply-pakistan.html
  5. Hi, So I gought a GS 700 a while bach and almost imidiately it started generating surges and i sent it for warranty. but i got the PSU back after 3 months with a note saying, sorry, we cannot reproduce the issue so you will have to work with this unit. The shop i bought the Supply from has agreed take the PSU back for full price and give me another one (i'll have to pay the difference of course). The only one they have available is RM750. The reivews i have read/watched are quiet good. i just want to know if any of you here have used RM750 and can tell me first hand experience.
  6. OK, I have been doing a little research for the past few days. I personally have no experience with MSI, but the internet says that MSI is not good wrt quality and if possible i should go for asus. Also i live in a part of the world where warranty claim is not very easy (i just sent my GS 700 that is generating power surges and got it back after three months with a note saying that they cannot reproduce the issue. FML). AlSo here, for 5$ more i can get a Z97 maximus 7 ranger and for 30+$ Maximus 7 hero, and again, according to the internet, ASUS is the best in quality when it comes to motherboards. I would like to get your input as to which board should i get from the above or from the following list(except for the last one) http://www.iamextreme.net/computers/motherboards/intel-1150-z97-chipset-in-pakistan.html
  7. I built my computer a few months back and it has a 4670K with a asus z87k motherboard and a gigabyte 770 4gb card and 8gb vengeance RAM. I am thinking about buying another 770 and want some suggestions on which board should i buy as the one i currently have doesn't support SLI. My price range for motherboard is about 200$. Just to give you guys the idea of prices in my country, the gigabyte GTX 770 4gb oc is ~500$ at the moment. also the power supply i have is corsair gs700. Will it be able to run two 770s or do i have to buy a bigger PSU as well. I would also welcome suggestions on any other parts you think i should upgrade down the line to remove bottlenecks and get the max out of everything. I would really appreciate your input and thoughts on this matter
  8. I just built my first gaming PC with a gigabyte gtx770 4gb oc version graphics card. I have no previous experience of overclocking and i am trying it for the first time. i went through some articles on the internet and got the maximum overclock that the card can do according to the articles. i am just looking at the numbers and it seems to me that maybe i can get just a little more from the card. I overclocked the clock to 1280Mhz and memory to 7400 mhz and they stay there for extended amounts of time and the temperature caps at 75 C under load (valley benchmark and watchdogs regular game-play at 1920x1080 at max settings. one at a time). Now i don't have AC in the room where the PC is and the mini fridge that i have sits right next to the case [easy access ]. The ambient temperature right now is 35 C and in summer can go upto 47. I am just wondering what is the max any of you have gotten from the card as i see that i have a bit of wiggle room with temperature and currently i haven't changed the voltage. Or if you can point to an article the has some tutorial or guide about how to increase the different frequencies. Thank you
